Herschman Architects provided comprehensive interior and retail fixture design services for the renovation of the 3,500 square foot team shop at Quicken Loans Arena.  A new monumental stair provides convenient and direct circulation between the lower and new upper level of the renovated shop, and a glass-wrapped ellipse provides a dynamic but functional visual and physical connection between the levels.  Material selections were made based upon simplicity and durability including quartzite solid-surfacing materials, clear maple, and stainless steel.  Floor fixtures at both levels are illuminated by energy efficient LED fixtures, while the perimeter displays are illuminated with recessed fluorescent and low-voltage MR-16 sources.  The HA interiors group also custom-designed floor and perimeter display systems to maximize visual impact, promote efficiency in display, and allow for flexibility in merchandising and presentation.
