Herschman Architects provided comprehensive architecture and engineering (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural) services for the renovation of the 3,500 square foot team shop at Quicken Loans Arena.  HA designers addressed the lack of space for the enormous collection of Cavs and Monsters merchandise by adding a second 2,200 square foot upper level into the 25’-0” high space, and addressed a lack of street presence by adding a two-story structural glass entrance at East 6th Street.  The new entrance features integrated super graphics, themed display opportunities, and, most importantly, direct access to the team shop from the street on non-event days and during regular daytime hours.
