Grafton Commons was developed as 229,000 sf of mid-box and small retails shops to adjoin a 148,000 sf large box retailer on a rolling suburban Milwaukee site adjoining a major freeway intersection. The design of this center utilizes references to local architectural features to connect to the community. The structures feature masonry panels and tile accents to add scale, color and articulation to the retail units.
