The historic K Street Redevelopment consists of 512,000 sf of existing dilapidated retail space, along with upper level mixed uses all to be remodeled in preparation for new upper scale retail tenants. The historic storefront facades are to remain and are brought back to their original appearance while several new storefronts are designed to blend in and enhance the character and charm of this re-energized promenade.
