This project involved the conversion of Severance Mall, the first enclosed shopping mall in Ohio, into a new vibrant, open-air power center. Former anchor stores were converted into The Home Depot and Wal-Mart, a new cinema complex was added and the balance of the mall exterior was completely renovated into a contemporary mix of large and small scale retail shops.
